About Sofia Galvao
A few years ago, my life was turned upside down. I had to face cancer.
This event turned my life, and that of my family and friends, upside down. My relationship, my family's nucleus, was shattered. I had to rebuild myself little by little to regain my self-confidence. These ordeals enabled me to take a fresh look at myself, my needs, my priorities and my values.
I chose to change careers and spent three years studying at the Centre de Relation d'Aide de Montréal (CRAM), to be able to offer quality help and listening.
Acceptance, letting go, self-awareness and living in the here and now have been important steps in healing and transformation.
